Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager User Experience, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers while overseeing project planning and execution
• Provide technical guidance and support, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for continuous improvement of the mobile app platform

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in mobile app development
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing engineering teams and projects
• 5+ years of experience in relevant programming languages such as Javascript, Swift, and Kotlin
