Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, New Homes Utility Interconnections.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop optimal interconnection processes for various electrical utilities
• Collaborate with utility contacts to streamline application submissions and processing
• Manage team performance and minimize close-to-PTO cycle times

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, marketing, or related field
• 8-10+ years of professional experience, including 5-7+ years in residential new homes solar development or construction management
• Deep understanding of the homebuilding solar industry and market dynamics
• Experience with utility interactions and electric service applications/approvals
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with partners and stakeholders
