Senior Manager, Utility Interconnections

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, New Homes Utility Interconnections.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop optimal interconnection processes unique to each electrical utility
• Collaborate with utility contacts to streamline application submittal and processing
• Manage and report on team performance against established targets to minimize PTO cycle times

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, marketing, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of professional work experience, including 5-7+ years in residential new homes solar development or construction management
• Deep understanding of the homebuilding solar industry and market dynamics
• Experience with utilities and electric service application/approval processes
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with partners and stakeholders
