Senior Manager, UX Design
Job Summary
To drive the design system vision and governance, the remote Senior Manager, UX Design Systems will lead the development of scalable frameworks and standards for digital products, ensuring cohesive customer experiences across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise UX Design System vision and roadmap, establishing governance models and design standards
- Own and maintain design system libraries within Figma, managing components, design patterns, and accessibility guidelines
- Lead UX designers and contributors, establishing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Centered Design, or related field
- 8+ years of UX/UI experience with 3+ years leading design teams or programs
- Demonstrated experience building and managing enterprise design systems
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and design tokens
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
