Senior Manager UX Research

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Core Research & Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement research strategy and methods to enhance UX research for the game portfolio
• Build and manage a high-performing research team across multiple sites
• Collaborate with development studios and publishing partners to align research initiatives with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in UX research, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with the video game lifecycle and experience with AA & AAA PC & console games
• Experience conducting research on new and emerging technologies
• Graduate degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in statistical software being a plus
