Senior Manager, Value-Based Performance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Value Based Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of Provider Relations Representatives, Supervisors, and Network Performance Advisors
• Monitors and tracks provider performance improvement and compliance with performance action plans
• Identifies areas for enhancing Provider Satisfaction and optimizes member outcomes through strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 6+ years of experience in provider relations or a similar background
• 3+ years of management experience
• Understanding of Risk and Value-Based contractual arrangements
• Familiarity with HEDIS and STARS measures
