Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Value Based Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of Provider Relations Representatives and Network Performance Advisors
• Monitors Provider Performance action plans and ensures compliance with performance and relationship models
• Identifies areas for improvement in Provider Satisfaction and implements network transformation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in provider relations or a similar background
• 3+ years of management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Knowledge of Risk and Value-Based contractual arrangements
• Familiarity with HEDIS and STARS measures
