Senior Manager, Value Insights
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Value and Access Insights - FRM, Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Patient Access and Reimbursement team to develop and prioritize analytics plans supporting Field Reimbursement Managers
- Monitor program objectives and provide recommendations to optimize design changes
- Execute analytics plans to generate insights from various datasets and visualize trends using reporting tools
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 2 years or Master's degree with 4 years or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience with analytics of products related to medical and pharmacy benefits
- Prior experience in contracts, pricing, or value marketing within the U.S. healthcare market
- 5+ years of healthcare experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or strategy consulting
- Strong understanding of business strategies and pharmaceutical data sources
