Senior Manager, Vendor Engagement

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Vendor Engagement & Reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor engagements, tracking performance commitments and renewal timelines
• Analyze engagement health, identify risks, and support QBR preparation with clear performance narratives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and contribute to financial analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Finance
• 10+ years in vendor management, technology operations, or FinOps
• 8+ years in a senior individual contributor role with cross-functional influence
• Experience managing large vendor portfolios and leading contract negotiations
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and SaaS procurement models
