Senior Manager, Vendor Engagement

Job Summary

Driving the operational execution of vendor performance management, the full-time Senior Manager, Vendor Engagement will oversee joint business reviews, issue tracking, and cross-functional coordination in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the scheduling and execution of joint business reviews for the assigned vendor portfolio, ensuring effective follow-through on action items
• Maintain tracking of performance issues and corrective action plans, driving accountability for resolution with vendors and internal teams
• Support audit activities related to vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, vendor management, or program management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder workstreams and drive accountability across matrixed organizations
• Experience in audit or compliance support, particularly related to vendor performance
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong project and program management capabilities, with proficiency in Excel; Power BI or Tableau preferred
