Job Summary
Leading the Web Experience team, the full-time Senior Manager, Web Experience will define and execute content strategy and web page optimization for ServiceNow.com while overseeing a team focused on delivering data-driven web experiences in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define content strategy and web experience approach, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and customer journey objectives
- Establish frameworks for measuring web page performance and guide the team in executing testing strategies to improve performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Web Experience Managers, providing coaching on digital marketing best practices and content strategy
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or web experience management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of executing web content strategies that drive measurable marketing outcomes
- Deep expertise in web optimization, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies
- Strong understanding of content strategy and customer journey mapping
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
