Job Summary
Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Manager, Web Experience will define and execute content strategy and web page optimization for ServiceNow.com, focusing on digital marketing, conversion optimization, and customer journey design in a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the content strategy and web page experience approach, aligning with marketing campaigns and customer journey objectives
- Establish frameworks for measuring web page performance and guide the team in executing testing strategies to improve performance
- Lead and mentor a team of Web Experience Managers, fostering expertise in digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or web experience management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in defining and executing web content strategies that drive measurable marketing outcomes
- Deep expertise in web optimization, including A/B testing and personalization methodologies
- Strong understanding of content strategy and customer journey mapping
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
