Job Summary

Driving the evolution of the marketing website, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Web Technology will lead the web development team, own the technical execution and platform strategy, and enhance digital experiences to optimize user engagement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled website transformation to create an agent-ready platform optimized for users and AI tools
• Own the web platform ensuring stability, security, performance, and ease of evolution
• Improve delivery predictability by establishing clear operating systems for web technology work

Required qualifications

• Experience leading web engineering teams and building reliable, high-performing web platforms
• Strong understanding of modern frontend engineering, CMS-driven websites, and AI-enabled digital experiences
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical plans and priorities
• Operational mindset focused on improving delivery through better systems and processes
• Familiarity with tools such as Next.js, React, TypeScript, and AI applications in web development
