Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Products (Workday).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of product strategies and execute quarterly plans focused on automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design a scalable Workday ecosystem and manage compliance and integrations
• Oversee team performance, manage product backlogs, and ensure operational excellence in Workday support

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR technology, specifically with Workday HCM and Talent modules
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience managing global teams and large-scale system implementations
• Experience in hyper-growth environments with a positive and resilient attitude
• Strong understanding of Workday Architecture, APIs, and Agile practices
