Job Summary

Leading a team of Workday specialists, the full-time Senior Manager, Workday will oversee system management, optimization, and support, ensuring effective utilization of Workday modules across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Workday professionals, focusing on performance management and career development
• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday modules, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Collaborate with various departments to understand Workday needs and implement effective solutions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday system administration, configuration, and support
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll modules
• Strong understanding of HR processes and experience leading a team in an Agile development environment
• Workday Pro certification is preferred
• Experience with Workday reporting and analytics
