Senior Manager, Workday Integrations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, HR Technology - Workday Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Workday integration developers
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday integrations, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Ensure integrations are scalable, efficient, and compliant with data privacy regulations and architectural standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in data migration, integration development, or software development
• 10+ years of experience in Workday Integrations development, including Workday Studio and APIs
• ServiceNow experience is preferred
• Workday Integration PRO certification is preferred
