Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise workforce planning strategies aligned to business priorities and financial plans
  • Advise senior leaders on workforce capacity, location strategy, and talent mix
  • Establish governance and standards for workforce planning and lead change management efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning, people analytics, or strategy
  • Experience partnering closely with Finance, HR, and Business on demand planning
  • Experience launching and scaling workforce planning programs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with workforce planning technologies
