Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise workforce planning strategies aligned to business priorities and financial plans
- Advise senior leaders on workforce capacity, location strategy, and talent mix
- Establish governance and standards for workforce planning and lead change management efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning, people analytics, or strategy
- Experience partnering closely with Finance, HR, and Business on demand planning
- Experience launching and scaling workforce planning programs
- Strong analytical skills and experience with workforce planning technologies
