Senior Manager, Workplace Operations

Job Summary

Leading the operational engine behind a global workplace portfolio, the full-time Senior Manager, Workplace Operations will manage vendor strategy, build scalable operational frameworks, and oversee budget management in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own global vendor strategy and performance, including sourcing, contract negotiations, and compliance
• Develop and evolve operational frameworks, creating scalable playbooks and incident response protocols
• Manage the operational budget, tracking spend and proactively identifying risks or opportunities

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in Workplace, Facilities, or Corporate Real Estate within a high-growth organization
• Proven success in building and scaling workplace functions with established systems and standards
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing operating budgets and contract governance
• Experience managing global workplace operations and understanding regional compliance requirements
• Background in physical security programs, including vendor management and emergency preparedness
