Senior Manager - Workplace Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Workplace Strategy, Corporate Real Estate and Facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the workplace strategy for showroom refresh, remodel, and renovation
• Define design standards and align plans with various partners including finance and operations
• Manage a multi-million-dollar capital budget and ensure strategic resource allocation across projects

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or corporate strategy and leadership
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-Suite level
• Bachelor's degree in design, business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
• Proven ability to implement change management and lead teams through transitions
• Deep understanding of customer expectations and experience driving customer-focused initiatives
