Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience, including leadership in Workplace Technology or Corporate Engineering
• Proven success in a fast-growing, global environment with stakeholder buy-in for AI initiatives
• Deep experience in end-user devices, AV, networking, and IT Service Desk transformation
• Strong expertise with platforms like Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Salesforce-Slack
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation in IT operations
