Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Managing Counsel, Technology and AI (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time legal advice on technology, insurance regulation, privacy, artificial intelligence, and consumer protection
• Conduct complex research on laws and regulations related to emerging technologies and communicate impacts to stakeholders
• Perform risk analyses on key issues from a holistic perspective

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Significant experience in technology law, privacy, and AI
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders
• Proven track record of providing strategic legal counsel in a business context
