Senior Managing Director, Architecture

Job Summary

Leading enterprise architecture strategy and transformation enablement, the full-time Senior Managing Director, Architecture will oversee architecture standards and governance while managing the Enterprise Architecture team in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the overall enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment across various technology domains and business objectives
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and documentation practices to support modernization and informed decision-making
• Lead and develop the Enterprise Architecture team, providing direction and governance to domain architects across multiple technology areas

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 13 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in technology architecture, including frameworks such as TOGAF
• Demonstrated experience in leading strategic IT planning processes and managing multiple initiatives
• Proven transformational leadership experience across diverse technology environments
• Professional proficiency in MS Office suite and in spoken and written English
