Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow the business, focusing on the sale of letters of credit, trust, and investment management products in the captive insurance space
• Provide strategic leadership, manage financial performance, and implement risk management practices
• Build and maintain client relationships while identifying opportunities for business development and cross-selling

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance related field
• 15 or more years of banking industry specific experience
• 10 or more years leading teams
• 10 or more years of risk management experience
• Preferred: 10 or more years of Captive Insurance Banking experience
