Senior Managing Director, IAM

Job Summary

Leading IT service delivery operations, the full-time Senior Managing Director, IAM will focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise security, with responsibilities that may include remote work from any U.S. location within commuting distance of a Webster Bank office and 10% domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technology operations within a government-regulated financial services environment
• Develop auditable operational controls to ensure compliance with SOX and regulatory requirements
• Design and execute Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) for cloud technologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical and computer engineering, or a closely related field
• 7 years of post-baccalaureate experience in technology operations management
• Expertise in developing operational controls for SOX compliance
• Experience in designing RCSAs reflecting risk management principles
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Cloud Architect certification or equivalent
