Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who will lead complex manufacturing initiatives and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment
• Own process capability, yield improvement, and defect reduction initiatives using structured methodologies
• Partner with R&D, Quality, and Operations to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and evaluate automation technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, process, or production engineering roles
• Proven expertise in process development, statistical analysis, and manufacturing optimization
• Strong proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and structured problem solving
