Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their New Product Introduction (NPI) - Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead yield improvement initiatives and apply structured problem-solving methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert and coordinate the design and procurement of tooling and machinery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and compliance with quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, or relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, specifically in manufacturing or process development
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is required
• Previous involvement in new product introductions and ramp to production environments
• Demonstrated leadership capability within team-based environments
