Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

Driving advanced manufacturing capabilities, the full-time Senior Manufacturing Engineer will optimize production processes and lead complex engineering initiatives to enhance quality, throughput, and cost efficiency in Minden, Nevada.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and tooling for high-volume production environments
• Owning process capability and defect reduction initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies
• Partnering with R&D, Quality, and Operations to support new product introduction and process validation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or production engineering roles
• Proven expertise in process development, statistical analysis, and manufacturing optimization
• Strong proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) and manufacturing documentation
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies
