Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced engineering leader, the remote Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager will manage a team focused on developing and industrializing manufacturing processes for complex electromechanical cable assemblies, ensuring a successful transition from prototype builds to high-volume production.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing, process development, and automation engineers
• Oversee the design, development, validation, and implementation of manufacturing processes and production tooling
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process capability, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Extensive experience in manufacturing, process development, or product industrialization within a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Several years of experience leading global engineering teams and managing technical projects
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with cable assembly, electromechanical products, or related manufacturing processes preferred
