Senior Market Access Specialist
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making in the pharmaceutical industry, the full-time remote Senior Market Access Specialist will build and maintain data solutions, leveraging SQL and Power BI, while collaborating with various teams to deliver actionable insights and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain SQL-based data models and Power BI dashboards integrating various pharmaceutical datasets
- Analyze payer patient claims data to identify trends and improve patient experience through actionable insights
- Develop analytics to monitor gross-to-net drivers and support financial planning through AI-powered forecasting
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA required (Master's preferred) in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
- Hands-on experience with pharma data assets including payer claims and specialty pharmacy data
- Proven ability to design production-grade Power BI dashboards and SQL-based data models
- Experience applying AI and machine learning tools to deliver business solutions
