Senior Market Analyst

Job Summary

Managing and growing a portfolio of research and benchmarking products for a multinational customer, the full-time Senior Market Analyst will conduct hands-on research on refurbished smartphones and online sales, while leading an international research team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver quantitative deliverables, including forecasts and performance benchmarks
• Conduct primary and secondary research on refurbished smartphones and online sales channels, tracking market trends and competitive dynamics
• Oversee an international research team, ensuring quality and consistency in client deliverables

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience as an industry analyst in mobile devices or consumer technology
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and pivot tables
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
