Job Summary

Building and maintaining market data components, the full-time Senior Market Data Engineer will design low-latency services for real-time market data, ensuring reliability and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain feed handlers, normalization pipelines, and distribution systems for market data
• Implement high-throughput services for real-time market data consumed by trading systems
• Enhance system reliability and performance through observability and incident response participation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience with production low-latency systems
• Hands-on experience in market data infrastructure, including feed handlers or normalization
• Proficiency in low-latency Java (or C++) and knowledge of messaging frameworks like Aeron
• Familiarity with market data protocols such as FIX and multicast
• Proven track record of shipping features end-to-end and operating them in production
