Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Market Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various recruitment methods and managing the full lifecycle recruitment process
- Building positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders while providing recruitment recommendations
- Developing and tracking recruiting metrics to ensure transparency and maintaining a pipeline of eligible candidates
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least two years in-house
- Experience in sourcing candidates through cold calls, social media, and job fairs
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
- Proficiency in analyzing statistical data and experience with Windows-based software, including Word and Excel
- Experience in automotive service recruiting is a plus
