Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Market Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing candidates through various recruitment methods and managing the full lifecycle recruitment process
  • Building positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders while providing recruitment recommendations
  • Developing and tracking recruiting metrics to ensure transparency and maintaining a pipeline of eligible candidates
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least two years in-house
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through cold calls, social media, and job fairs
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
  • Proficiency in analyzing statistical data and experience with Windows-based software, including Word and Excel
  • Experience in automotive service recruiting is a plus
