Senior Market Research Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting survey projects from start to finish, the full-time Senior Market Research Analyst will manage questionnaire reviews, data quality assessments, and client communications while collaborating with a global research team, preferably from Raleigh, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned survey projects, including reviewing questionnaires, testing links, and conducting data quality reviews
- Assist in assessing survey feasibility and participate in client intake and project management calls
- Monitor survey fieldwork using Qualtrics and maintain accurate records in CRM and PowerBI
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative market research, preferably in B2B
- Familiarity with online and CATI survey methodologies
- Working knowledge of Qualtrics or similar platforms
- Basic proficiency with ERM systems, CRM platforms, and PowerBI
