Job Summary

Leading complex research initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Market Research Manager will oversee qualitative and quantitative market research programs, manage client relationships, and mentor research staff to deliver strategic insights for healthcare brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of market research studies tailored to client objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and delivering research findings
  • Manage and mentor junior research team members while fostering a collaborative team culture
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional market research experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
  • Experience moderating qualitative interviews and focus groups with healthcare stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing and developing research teams
  • Strong client-facing experience with responsibility for managing client relationships and presentations
