Job Summary
Managing the operational backbone of narrative strategy, the full-time remote Senior Marketing Activation Manager will ensure the corporate narrative is consistently updated and accurately distributed across various channels while coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Orchestrate the source of truth for the corporate narrative, ensuring it remains current and free of conflicting content
- Manage the narrative brief process to communicate updates and actions required by cluster leads within a 5-business-day turnaround
- Oversee operational cadences, including weekly team standups and monthly cross-cluster reviews, to maintain alignment and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or executive management
- 7+ years of experience in cross-functional collaboration with product design, product research, or customer success teams
- Proven ability to build and run operational cadences across cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong writing and synthesis skills to translate narrative shifts into actionable formats
- Experience with systems of record, such as Seismic or Horizon, and a focus on content hygiene
