Senior Marketing AI Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving the marketing team's agent and agentic-workflow strategy, the full-time Senior Marketing AI Operations Manager will oversee the Agent Center of Excellence, co-design AI agents, and manage technical teams while operating in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the marketing team's agent and workflow strategy from tool evaluation to agent development and maintenance
• Co-design and implement AI agents to automate high-volume marketing tasks in collaboration with business owners
• Lead complex builds and create frameworks for evaluating and governing AI adoption across the marketing team

Required qualifications

• Proven experience building and shipping AI agents or automated workflows
• Strong background in marketing operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Technical proficiency in SQL, data models, APIs, and light scripting for system architecture
• Experience managing technical individual contributors and providing clear direction
• Ability to translate data insights into narratives for executive-level understanding
