Job Summary
To support Alma's mission of enhancing access to mental health care, the remote Senior Marketing Analyst will serve as the principal data authority and strategic partner to the Growth, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle teams, owning the strategic roadmap and data architecture for the Marketing domain.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Marketing data reporting layer, executing a multi-quarter technical roadmap aligned with organizational growth OKRs
- Design and optimize core Marketing data models within dbt, transitioning to an integrated "source of truth" for reporting
- Empower Marketing stakeholders with automated models and tools that enhance media-spend optimization and reduce manual workflows
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in strategic data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering, particularly in high-growth marketing environments
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and advanced experience with dbt and BI tools like Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or Lightdash
- Deep expertise in digital marketing data ecosystems and the ability to connect top-of-funnel data to known user IDs
- Strong capability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance workflow efficiency and automate tasks
