Job Summary
Embedded within the Growth & Marketing team, the full-time Senior Marketing Analyst will manage end-to-end analysis of the marketing funnel, provide actionable insights to C-level leadership, and develop scalable analytical frameworks to optimize growth strategies in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own comprehensive analysis of the marketing funnel, identifying drivers and opportunities for growth
- Define and implement a channel attribution framework to evaluate channel contributions to conversion and revenue
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on growth or marketing analytics
- Significant D2C or e-commerce experience with a deep understanding of marketing engines
- Expert SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably BigQuery
- Proven experience in channel attribution modeling and communicating complex analyses to senior stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
