Job Summary
Supporting the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Marketing Analyst will focus on the Mayo and Dressings categories, driving brand growth and consumer engagement through analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate Away From Home Strategy into Kraft Masterbrand B2C communication plans and support long-term growth strategies
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns while collaborating with the Brand Activation & Partnerships Team to align customer-specific marketing plans
- Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights and track category performance across various metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, digital commerce, or a related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, digital commerce, or omnichannel marketing, preferably in CPG or foodservice
- Experience with marketing analytics and managing end-to-end campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
