Job Summary
To support a growing Data Analytics team, the full-time Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst will analyze large datasets to guide B2C marketing strategies, optimize customer acquisition and retention, and provide data-driven recommendations, all while working remotely with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Build a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys from initial visit to purchase
- Analyze customer churn and drive strategies for acquisition and conversion optimization
- Make data-driven strategy recommendations related to customer activation, retention, and marketing attribution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or related fields, with expertise in eCommerce software sales models
- 3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data science roles
- Advanced technical skills in SQL, R, and database management, preferably with Snowflake experience
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling, with experience in revenue forecasting
- Deep knowledge of marketing metrics, KPIs, and customer behavior analysis
