Job Summary
Owning and evolving the marketing analytics and measurement strategy, the full-time Senior Marketing Measurement & Analytics Lead will define data capture and reporting processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end marketing measurement strategy across various channels and establish attribution models for key business metrics
- Define analytics requirements and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
- Build and oversee dashboards and reporting systems, translating complex analytics findings into actionable business insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or business intelligence
- Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement and experience with BigQuery or similar data warehouse technologies
- Proficiency in defining reporting-ready datasets and KPI frameworks, along with experience in attribution modeling
- Experience in building dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
- Ability to write analytics requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
