Job Summary

To support the growth of a data-driven marketing strategy, the remote Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will design and manage a centralized marketing data infrastructure while ensuring accurate tracking and attribution across various digital channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the design and management of the marketing data infrastructure, including Snowflake and Looker BI dashboards
  • Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Retail Marketing Team, ensuring accurate measurement of marketing effectiveness
  • Lead the development of forecasting models and incrementality testing programs to optimize marketing spend and channel performance
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing analytics or operations experience, with at least 2 years managing a Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse
  • Proficiency with DBT for data modeling and experience in building CAC and ROAS models from raw ad platform data
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing measurement across various paid channels, including Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Hands-on experience with data ingestion tools such as Fivetran or Airbyte and managing data pipelines from multiple sources
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python and LookML is preferred
