Senior Marketing and Proposals Content Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist in Marketing and Proposals Content Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the proposals library repository on SharePoint and archive submitted proposals
• Develop and maintain subject matter relationships throughout the organization to support RFP strategies and objectives
• Manage and provide content management strategy to support capture and proposals, including developing training materials and systems documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Strategy, Public Administration, Public Policy, Public Health, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with government procurement requirements, including the FAR and equivalents
• Comfort and familiarity in dealing with highly confidential information
• Knowledge of working in a proposal environment in support of government agencies
