Job Summary

Supporting multimedia projects and marketing communications, the contract Senior Marketing Associate will coordinate timelines, logistics, and stakeholder communications while managing project trackers and providing status updates in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, timelines, schedules, and production logistics for webcasts and video shoots
• Maintain project trackers and prepare meeting agendas, recaps, and action item lists
• Manage files, version control, and ensure proper storage and naming conventions for shared materials

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required
• 2+ years of general marketing experience
• Experience in Project Management or Event Management
• Professional demeanor and comfort in a hybrid work environment
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
