Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Campaign Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CRM marketing campaigns, track expenses, and ensure compliance with budgets
  • Maintain and update customer database, manage database marketing requests, and fulfill campaign initiatives
  • Create, manage, and execute CRM campaign programs, analyze reports, and manage vendor relationships

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing campaign and/or database experience with advanced knowledge of relational databases and SQL programming
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer retention, product, and marketing acumen, as well as CRM systems and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in communication channels
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft applications and strong presentation and client interface skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and colleagues to resolve problems in a diplomatic manner
