Senior Marketing Consultant

Job Summary

To support a project management initiative, the part-time Senior Marketing Consultant will assess workflows, identify process gaps, and create a detailed Asana implementation blueprint while working primarily remotely with occasional on-site meetings in Boston.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess workflows across Marketing and Communications to identify gaps and opportunities for collaboration
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and establish a shared operating model for project management
• Create a detailed blueprint for Asana implementation, including workspace architecture and governance practices

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital, or creative operations
• Significant agency experience managing multiple clients and concurrent workstreams
• Strong hands-on expertise in Asana; certification is preferred
• Experience in process redesign and change management
• Background in leading complex projects with distributed teams
