Senior Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist to drive marketing excellence and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive marketing-related activities for the Water business line
• Lead and coordinate proposal efforts from kick-off through submission, ensuring RFP requirements are met
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality proposals and marketing materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in the AEC industry is a plus
• Experience with Adobe InDesign for document layout
• Proven ability to manage marketing projects from start to finish
