Key Responsibilities

Drive marketing-related activities for the Water business line
Lead and coordinate proposal efforts from kick-off through submission, ensuring RFP requirements are met
Collaborate with technical staff and business development to deliver high-quality proposals and marketing materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in the AEC industry is a plus
Experience with Adobe InDesign for document layout
Proven ability to manage marketing projects from start to finish
