Senior Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

To support strategic marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Marketing Coordinator will manage proposal development, lead marketing strategy meetings, and mentor team members, while working in a flexible hybrid schedule from local offices in Overland Park, KS, Fayetteville, AR, or Springfield, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement marketing plans and procedures to achieve team objectives and enhance the firm's competitive positioning
• Plan and execute the development of marketing materials such as proposals, presentations, and award submissions
• Gather and analyze client intelligence information to identify target markets and build client relationships

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of six years of experience in a marketing role focused on securing work through competitive processes
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite products
• Demonstrated ability in technical and conversational-style writing, including proofreading and reviewing materials
• Proven competency in data management software and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
