Job Summary
To drive actionable growth strategies, the full-time Senior Marketing Data Analyst will turn complex data into insights, optimize marketing performance, and collaborate cross-functionally while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop frameworks to measure brand and content marketing impact on growth
- Analyze the customer journey to identify and address conversion leakage points
- Lead the setup and optimization of the marketing data warehouse for effective analysis
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data science, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth B2C environments
- Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Heap, Amplitude), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and SQL
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their application to marketing spend
- Experience in building data infrastructure and analytics from the ground up
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
